Peter Young
Worshipful Brother Peter Young is a committed Freemason and active member of North Kent Lodge No. 2499, under the United Grand Lodge of England. Since his initiation, Peter has distinguished himself through his steady engagement with the ritual, his willingness to assist the Lodge whenever called upon, and his sincere commitment to the principles that define the Craft.
Peter’s progress in Freemasonry has been marked by enthusiasm for learning, respect for tradition, and a thoughtful approach to the deeper teachings of the Order. He is particularly recognised within the Lodge for his clarity in ritual delivery, his composed manner in the temple, and the supportive way in which he encourages newer Brethren during their early steps in Masonry.
Outside the Lodge, Peter works in the High‑Net‑Worth sector of personal insurance, where he advises clients with complex and specialised needs. His professional life reflects many of the values central to Freemasonry: integrity, discretion, and service to others.
Peter is also actively involved in the performing arts. His recent stage work—including roles in Parliament Square and God of Carnage—demonstrates the same dedication, preparation, and personal discipline he brings to his Masonic life.
Brother Young remains a valued member of North Kent Lodge No. 2499. His continued development within the Craft, and the energy he contributes to the Lodge, are held in high regard by his fellow Brethren. He looks forward to many more years of service, fellowship, and advancement in Masonic knowledge.
